Urine LH monitoring is done every 4-6 hours - 
Once the lead follicle reaches 14mm or higher and/or Estradiol over 150mm.

Aspiration is done 32-34hrs after HCG

HCG is not given.

Cetrotde and Gonal-F are started when the lead the follicle 13mm – usually by day 8 or 9
