Repronex 75, 150, or 225 IU is given to further enhance the follicle growth that has been initiated by clomid. 

When the follicles reach s a size of 18 to 20mm –
HCG is given in doses of 5,000IU, 7500IU, or 10000IU to induce ovulation. .

Aspiration is done 32-34hrs after HCG.
