Urine LH monitoring is done every 4-6 hours - 
Once the lead follicle reaches 14mm or higher and/or Estradiol over 150mm.

Aspiration is done 32-34hrs after the rise in LH or the follicle reaches 16-17mm.

HCG is not given.
