OUR FEES
Our
IVF fees are considerably less than most other
programs.
1) The Brandeis
Center is one of the longest established
centers in the United States and the second
private IVF program that was started in
New York City.
Our referral base from successful patients
and satisfied referring physicians allows
us to avoid the expense of advertising
and practice promotion and start-up costs
that many new practices encounter and
incorporate into their fee structure.
2) Dr. Brandeis personally sees all patients.
As this is a solo practice, we do not
have the administrative costs of multiple
physicians and their individual support
staff.

Patients
with Insurance Coverage
The Brandeis Fertility Center participates
with many insurance company's.
If you have questions regarding what
your insurance plan does or does not cover, Please call
your customer service representative and ask them if
your plan provides coverage for infertility diagnosis
treatment or IVF. In other words, many plans will only
cover the diagnosis, testing, but will not cover any
treatments at all.
Some company's cover diagnosis, and
one or more cycles of artificial insemination; but not
IVF.
Some company's cover IVF and may cover
a set amount from $5000-$25,000 lifetime, or may cover
1,2, or 3 cycles of IVF.
The answer to all of these questions
can be obtained directly from your insurance company.
If you do have insurance coverage
with a insurance that our practice participates with;
we will accept your insurance payment, after you have
been pre-certified

The Following
Services Are Covered
• Monitoring :
When you get your period, you will be stimulated for
10-12 days. During that time, you will be seen at least
4 times for blood tests and ultrasound to check your
response to stimulation.
• Egg Retrieval
Taking the eggs (oocytes) from your ovaries.
• Sedation
anesthesia
Is administered during egg retrieval.
• Laboratory
fees
Cover oocyte identification, sperm processing, oocyte
insemination and embryo culture for 3-5 days.
• Embryo
Transfer
(placing the embryos into the uterus) is done 3-5 days
after egg retrieval.
